Solomon Islands National Provident Fund Board
The SINPF Board invites interest from inspiring and enthusiastic individuals who aspire to advance their operational and strategic career to thrive and lead the SINPF senior executive Management team. The COO is the senior responsible person second who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager.
Part 1: Vacant Position Detail
a. Key Role - The COO is entrusted with a fundamental role to lead and align the operational and strategic functions of SINPF. To deliver sound advises on strategic and operational matters, effective supervision of the Risk Management Framework, Policies and Procedures, Business Continuity and the Governance framework to drive staff productivity inclusively
b. COO Key Result Areas –To supervise, manage and coordinate the day to day operations of all departments of SINPF and include the following;
i. Provides sound operation and Strategic advice to the SINPF Management team
ii. Ensure governance policy and procedure and Risk Management
iii. Adopt effective best fit executive office frameworks to thrive a competitive edge.
iv. Develop, lead and manage a high performing team culture through critical analysis and networking with excellence in stakeholder management.
c. Required Key Attributes: Inspiring and pro-active leadership, Excellent analytical and communication skills; Display high level of ethics and creative.
d. Required Qualification/Experience & Skill
i. Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics
ii. At least 10 years of work experience in related fields
